Not happy at all. It does not look how it should especially the chain. Plus no funnel to make it easier to insert ashes. It's not what I expected at all even the box it came in horrid. You would think the little things would matter to you as they matter to your customers. The chain I brought is for a birthday present and I have had to replace box and chain not forgetting having to buy a funnel.
