Very good Customer Service and communication with Sue who, despite being incredibly busy, made time to get my order completed and went out of her way to get it in the post (nicely packaged), so that I could receive it by the Monday in order for me to get the charm necklace posted with a card to Australia as a matter of urgency. Definitely recommend
