I ordered a silver ID bracelet which I wanted engraved . The chain link part of the bracelet was a little out of the ordinary and I hadn’t seen it else where .I was delighted with the product when I eventually received it . It was exactly the weight(not too heavy not too light ) quality and design I wanted ,however There was a delay in dispatching my order which was not explained until I contacted the company hence the 4* but I would order again .
