I ordered the product in August, I am still yet to receive it. I have emailed and had no responses and phoned to hear a voicemail asking to email. One occasion I managed to leave a message and again no response. The item was purchased out of money given by my class to buy a gift from them to celebrate the end of the school year. The service has been appalling.
