The delivery and quality of my personalised ashes locket was very good. The problem I have is of my own making, ie. The engraving option I chose from those available must have been far too long as anyone with normal eyesight will have great difficulty in reading it. The verse was excellent, which was why I chose it but maybe it should be removed as an option for small items such as my locket.
