Ordered this for my son, was kept upto date with the whole proccess and it arrived before est date of delivery in a nice presentation box,the braclet it self is very good quality and the personalisation is better than I expected, only down side to this is it was too big for my son so had to had some link removed which can be added back as he grows overall would definately recommend and will be ordering again.
