I ordered my gift without identifying I required it for Valentines Day. on the 12th of Feb I realised my error and contacted Personalised Jewellery. They immediately let me know they would expedite the item to ensure I received it on time. They did not want to charge me the extra cost. I am delighted with the gift, although smaller than I imagined, it is exactly what I was looking for. I won't hesitate to use them again.
