I recently ordered a Dog tag necklace from them. I placed the order on the 7th and received it on the 27th of February. It took very long for them to process the order and I had to make a number of international calls (I am in Canada) and finally had to yell them that I would submit a bad review for them to send it to me. Though the piece is beautiful but in my opinion it took way to long for them to ship it to me. Not to mention they kept telling me they will ship on a certain date and not doing it.
