Well, I ordered a personalised heart necklace for my daughter's birthday and can honestly say we were both delighted with it!
The heart was just the right size, polished silver with beautiful engraving which I had placed on the back.
The customer service and communication from this company is actually outstanding, I have never been kept in the loop as much! I will definitely order from the again.
