12 pieces of perspex ordered, 7 deliveries and 67 days to get it right. Rounded corners cut incorrectly, scratched piece, bespoke piece cut the wrong way round. The colour we ordered could be frosted or gloss - staff didn't realise so got incorrect cuts. Absolutely ridiculous amount of time to resolve. Can't get through to them on the phone so all via email apart from when they rang me, but even that they didn't always ring when they said they would. Asked to raise a complaint, but still no idea whether that has actually happened. They had LOADS of opportunity to put things right, but seemed incapable and management left lower level staff to deal with it. Sydney - you gave it a reasonable shot, but your manager should have taken over and made sure that everything was resolved.
