Bought Elddis Brand new 3 years this month nothing but trouble got van home toilet not working that was first day problems right up until November 2020 recall just got it back 3 weeks ago got paper work saying what had been done nothing was done took it for habitation certificate complete disaster damp readings were basically fifty per cent higher than stated bathroom not connected water everywhere had put dry wall covering over wet one they came and took van back then I went and picked it up this week 4 th may 2021 cupboard been filled to capacity why I don’t know but it now won’t open have tried to contact them 3 times today Friday 7th may and emailed them got a bit of advice from receptionist but expected a call from one of the service staff I can only say that I won’t use this company again after my warranty has finished for around £50000 I’ve had nothing but problems my advice to any one if you stop just go to the horn for a bacon roll then cross over to Perthshire vans have a look give them the eye but please don’t buy if you want to know anything else feel free to call me 07591129494
