After some excellent advice from Selwyn, we have now managed to conquer the smell on our artificial grass that is used by two Westies. Although we had been using the turf disinfectant (incorrectly as it turns out!), on his recommendation we've now used the enzyme solution stain and odour remover in conjunction with the turf disinfectant and bingo! No more smelly turf! Thank you Selwyn and PetLab for excellent advice and products.
