I purchased the stain & odor remover to treat dog urine stains my new rescue dog made on the carpet. I pre-soaked the areas twice to remove any residual shampoo first and then treated as per your instructions. This has caused the stains to turn a much darker colour and made them even more obvious and the carpet is definitely ruined.
