Love this product. Smells wonderful and has definitely helped with the odour of older urine stain from elderly cat.
Product was damaged when arrived but not the fault of the Petlab sender as was well packed and labelled appropriately. I feel bad as I contacted them to advise and they immediately sent a new bottle. The rough handling was obviously at the delivery end not PetLabs.
