Skeptic Converted! I have to admit I had my doubts that ANY product would remove the lingering odour of cat pee - but I am a skeptic no more. I was also impressed with the instructions that were emailed to me by the PetLab team even before I received my E.N. ZYME solution. These detailed instructions walked you through treating a great variety of different surfaces - and as I needed to treat both hard and soft surfaces - this was perfect! I “sniff” tested the treated areas the next day and could not detect any telltale odours (in fact it smells great) and more importantly my cats obviously can’t smell anything either and there has been no repeat incidents of mistaking our home for their litter tray. Love that this is an Aussie company that has found an effective and environmentally friendly answer to pet parent problems - and the customer service and communication from the Team is great too.
