This product is awesome. I have a cat that poohs and pees on the floorbloards. She has stained the floorboards in a couple of places. I have been treating the stains with PetLab stain remover and slowly but surely the stain in going away. A few weeks ago, my almost full bottle of stain remover fell on the floor and the spray nozzle came lose - half of the 'magic liquid ' spilled on the floor, (not on a stained area 😏). I emailed PetLab and they sent me not only a replacement bottle full of 'magic liquid' but also the smell remover. I couldn't believe it. I have NEVER had such amazing Customer Service. Alot of other companies can learn a thing or two from PetLab about Customer Service. I have since recommended PetLab to as many people as i can. This company needs a gold stars for their customer service and procuct.
