I am so glad I found these products, we have an elderly cat who pees on the carpets. After watching the pet lab videos I’ve found spraying the area with water first and getting as much of the urine out as possible before spraying the enzyme cleaner has worked best. The enzyme cleaner gets rid of the smell, and for larger messes I have just found I’ve had to repeat the water rinse/ soak up and re-spray with enzyme cleaner a few more times. This is better than other products I’ve have used that never seemed to completely get rid of the smell of urine.
