WOW!!! we have tried other products over the past three years to remove the urine odour from our carpets and the PetLab Stain & Odour Remover Formula is by far the best. Not only does it remove the urine odour but it will also leave a pleasant 'Vanilla' scent. It's important to follow the instructions to get the best results. There are instructional videos on Youtube that are very helpful. Highly recommend this product.
