Amazing product! I ordered the odour remover and sanitiser bundle, used it on a 1.5 year old cat pee stain which still had a a pungent smell coming from the carpet. The odour remover completely removed the smell! I had to spray the whole area with it initially and found that there was still a little bit of odour. As gross as it sounds, I got down to sniff the carpet to decide where to spot treat with the same odour remover on the carpet. After 2 spot treatments, the smell is completely gone. I love the fact that you don't have to wipe or clean the carpet after spraying. 100% recommend, wish I knew about this earlier.
