Cant figure out where to leave this review so messaged it. I have a four seater chaise charcoal black velvet lounge that is only a year old. It was in a space where we do not sit and we had a new kitten that decided it was her toilet spot, unbeknownst to me! When I found the source of the smell after a week or so I was mortified. It was so set in and even though I cleaned it with every google thing I could find it was still present. I then had the lounge professionally cleaned, it seemed to work but humid days it crept back and then finally just remained. I did this twice. I messaged pet lab after ordering the large bottle for any help applying and they replied back quickly but urged me to do a spot test on the colour. I told them it was my last resort and I feel it would need to be thrown out. I saturated about 4litres into the seating letting it sink in and left to dry. I do not know what magic this in but it has worked! Fresh as and I waited a few weeks before sending this in case it just masked it. But it has completely worked. Worth the hype, worth the money!
