Did not remove the cat urine smell from my carpet, used the whole bottle. I thought maybe I would try the concentrated version so emailed twice to ask for the money back guarantee to be deducted from a new order (hoping it will work, this is a lot of trust on my behalf!) Heard nothing, not impressed.
