I was sceptical but needed somthing before a rental inspection. When we moved in the last tenant had a cat. Room wasn't pleasant. Ried all other products professionally cleaned 3 times etc to no avail. so we got the carpet cleaning and spray from petlab and instantly couldn't smell it anymore. It's now been a week and it's still not as bad as it would of been hours later after other products. Will continue to use this product. And recommend.
