Placed order over a week ago the nexy day i recieved and email saying goods were packed with a hermes tracking number. Hermes have been expecting it the last week. Contacted via the website, contacted via email mo reply. Phones are turned off due to covid yet all other companies have returned back to normal. Just called via the number in a review below they took all my details and said theyd contact time for paws for me. Doubt i'll hear much. Don't nt waste your time and order from them you probably wont get it. Really disappointed.
