I am based overseas and needed to order various tributes for a funeral. Pat the owner was beyond helpful (both on the phone and emails), talking through the flowers/their significance/etiquette, helping with the final selection, providing sample condolence messages and giving us helpful tips on how we could avoid delivery charges when making payment through the electronic system. The family that received the flowers were delighted with the beautiful flowers and as a final unexpected bonus, we heard the Petal Cascade flowers lasted far longer than many of the others.
