We are returning Grandparents who sent a doll to Father Christmas for our Granddaughter last year. She was absolutely delighted with the doll (she named her Bella) and loves her everyday. The doll has a gorgeous face, hair, eyes, eyelashes and clothes. The quality of the doll and clothes are second to none. A lot has happened since last Christmas and our middle Daughter and her Partner have given us another gorgeous and amazing Grandchild and a Nephew for our Granddaughter, as a result she now wants a "Boy baby" for Christmas 2017. The first point of call was Petalina because of how pleased we were last year, and how pleased our Granddaughter still is with the doll Father Christmas brought her. I looked online and my first choice was out of stock so I phoned and initially got an answerphone. I was called back within minutes from a friendly assistant (sorry, I cannot remember your name) who suggested various options to choose from. I went away from the call to make a decision. We decided which doll would be best suited to our Granddaughter and ordered online. The order arrived within a couple of days, which was wrapped, as beautiful as last year, in a gorgeous box and tissue paper. As we bought from the same supplier last year we are not sure if this is Petalina's presentation or Antonio Juan's. Whoever it is from, it is gorgeous. We would highly recommend buying from Petalina if you want a beautiful quality doll. We do not think you, or whoever you buy for will be disappointed. Regards Wilson x
