Tried to buy Neon Tetras at the Heber City, Utah store and they would not honor the coupon. Showed the ad to the employee on my I-phone and he pointed out fine print that indicated the fish might not look like the picture in the ad. The ad clearly stated Neon Tetras with a unmistakable picture of a Neon Tetra so not sure what he was talking about. It was clear he just didn't want to honor the ad. When I contacted corporate they wanted me to join their club so they could give me vouchers. I was not looking for free stuff, just wanted to know if the store and employee had been contacted to address the issue. Still do not know. I shop at an independent fish store 30 minutes away now. Will not step foot in a Petco again.
