Peter Loy has been quietly providing his clients with impeccably identified and described vintage cameras, with utter reliability, for so many years, that I can no longer recall a time he wasn't in the business. You do not stick around that long when dealing with customers as fickle, and particular (as the typical collector of vintage Leicas is), without doing something very right. There is nothing tricky in Peter's business model. No 21st Century jingo. Simply good old-fashioned customer service, camera descriptions that are rock-solid, and complete professionalism. My most recent purchase, a lovely Leica IIIf was precisely as he promised, and I did not doubt for an instant that this would be the case. I can't recommend him highly enough.
