We were pleased with our initial salesperson who had a relaxed approach and we did not feel pressured in any way.
We ordered a car from the Perth branch to collect on Friday. However, it arrived later than Peter Vardy had hoped meaning we could not collect it until Saturday. It also meant the car had not been prepared properly. When we collected the car we were very disappointed to find scratches on the body work and also it had not been cleaned to a high standard.
However, the manager was quick to offer a choice of options for us to get the car up to the standard we had been expecting. Everything was resolved within 2 days and we are now very happy with our new car and how the situation was dealt with.
I would recommend that Peter Vardy give themselves enough time to prepare cars which they are receiving from other branches before handing them over to the customer. This will avoid the situation we had above.
