My experience with Daniel Stevens was second to none, I could not have asked for more when it came to buying and financing my new car. He was compassionate, considerate, patient, clear and concise. I would recommend him as a representative of your company to anyone I know looking to buy a new car. I will look no further than Daniel, wherever he may be, to purchase my next car. On following up on my sales agreement Laura and Jackie were on the same par, very professional and very helpful at every stage, they certainly continued on what appears to be the company ethos. On the other hand however when it came to my key handover, which I'm sure for most people is a mixture of excitement and apprehension my experience was far from what I was used to. Jason was very dismissive and direct with his instructions, I almost felt like an inconvenience to him and at one point just wanted my keys and to be on my merry way. This is very unfortunate given all the hard work and building up of relationship that had gone before. If I didn't hold Daniel in such high regard all the had gone before would have been for nothing. All that aside I will still give my service a 5 stars ... as someone pretty famous said 'I will be back' Thank you to one and all. Diane Paterson
