Bobby was our sales contact at the car store in hillington. Bobby was very approachable and knowledgeable and at no point did we feel 'pressured' into making a purchase, but at the same time we felt that we got everything we needed from Bobby to help us make an informed choice. We visited the store on 3 occasions and on all occasions the service from Bobby and other staff was consistant and well received. Bobby acutally took the time out to help us ensure the car was suitable for what we needed and met us at the pramcentre with the car to do this. That is great customer service and something that Peter Vardy should continue. The look and the feel of the store is certainly something different from the normal 'car shopping' experience. All in all Bobby done a fantastic job and is a credit to the Peter Vardy brand and I would imagine will have a great career there. Thank you the Forsyths.
