Held off writing review until I had experienced your service department. Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful - main reception and service reception. Initial problems with warranty now resolved by very friendly and helpful lady - Odafe. Sales staff very friendly and easy to deal with. Follow up process bit of a let down. Stop start not working from handover and still not resolved. Still awaiting copy checklist. Slight concerns with car handling - steering etc. Raised with service department staff during follow up text re stop start issue. Awaiting response. Have never dealt with Peter Vardy so keen to see how issues are resolved. Michael J McLaren
