Great customer service, kept me updated as to the status of the finance and car was able to pick up at the time agreed. No issues trading in my old car, all handled professionally, and the lady even took my car seat out of the old car so my daughter wasn't distressed saying bye to her car. New car was clean and ready to drive. I hadn't had all of the controls and features explained to me, but she spent the time showing me how everything worked. Interlink system could be a bit better as it struggles to recognise my phone via usb and show the contacts, but this may be my phone rather than the car. It also only has three apps, but hopefully they will be increased as I own the car.
