Excellent level of service - very friendly and efficient. I was delighted with the car purchased. My only quibble would be that on the day I was due to pick it up (at 12 pm) I had to wait around for 30-40 minutes or so while it was 'prepared' for me. They were running late due to a traffic accident. In fairness I missed the courtesy phone call to tell me things were delayed at the showroom but I missed the call. I called back but couldn't get hold of my sales assistant and I left a message to ask him to call back to let me know why he had phoned. The message never got to him apparently. So it would have been useful if a message had been left in the first instance and on a second point, there is perhaps a fault at reception level for not passing on my returned call. That is the only reason I have not given a 10/10.
