The salesman John Otto understood our needs perfectly, he upsold us slightly into a car that was more expensive than we wanted to buy however having driven it for a few weeks now, it is exactly what we were looking for, and are both so glad he did. The business manager Ross worked out a deal that although expensive was as affordable and suitable to us for a car of that value. Wendy in the back office went the extra mile in service, Nina on the front desk was courteous and attentive to any of our needs and we were also very impressed by the service offered to us by Kevin the branch manager. There was a small issue with the car immediately after purchase and this was dealt with swiftly and effectively to our satisfaction by the workshop. We would and have already highly recommended the dealership to our family and friends. We have had dealings with Peter Vardy Land Rover and would suggest they learn from the outstanding service offered at Jaguar.
