as I have walking difficulties the less distance I have to walk to the showroom the better had to wait as the mobility salesman had a customer but he was very nice and pleasant and very helpful when I got to see him and explained the changes on my new car after he had brought it as near to the door as he could and has followed up with a phone call to ask if all is ok was disappointing that it was not explained that the new car could not be supplied until the day the old lease run out but will know for the next time also when I called was told the salesman would call back which took 3 days and one call on Saturday lots on sunday and 2 on the Monday before getting the call back on the Monday night so not quite excellent service
