I felt that communication regarding finance could have been improved - a minor detail required clarification however it was 24 hours before I was informed as to what the actual detail was. On the whole I felt that my experience was very positive. John Otto was very helpful, patient and took time to explain things clearly, giving expert advice. I felt he was being honest. John explained that he was new to Peter Vardy and needed to seek advice at times, however on one occasion when he asked a colleague for some assistance with the paperwork, his colleague said he was busy, and as a result I felt a little uncomfortable. The individual did come over but was of no help. Another colleague did eventually came to John's assistance. Since purchasing the car, John has contacted me when he said he would and I would certainly happy to deal with John in the future. He is an asset to your company.
