Found John to be customer driven and not pushy at all which is a very welcome trait.
A pleasure to do business with.
The only concern was handover time which took around 90 minutes,as I noticed the wheel lock was missing and this took time to be found.
Otherwise customer care was the order of the day from everyone we spoke to.
Hopefully the car will perform as well as our expectation.
