We had a great experience at the VIP Weekend. We went to just take a look at a Mokka and left owning a car! Steve Minty was very patient and talked me through the options of new, old, diesel, petrol, 4 wheel drive etc. etc. If he had tried to rush me, I probably would not have stayed and left without a car. I am thrilled with the car and the hand over team were great too. The switch on the boot broke 3 days after I collected the car which was disappointing and inconvenient, as I have to leave work to get it sorted. But that has nothing to do with your service, which is top rate. Thank you for the time and care you take with your customers. Annette Brand
