It was a first class event when I decided to purchase my XF.
Delighted with personal service and attention from sales staff.
Just as a suggestion and personal opinion, in a "first class" event the general ambient should be more stylish, like when you actually fly first class, with an offer of beverages and hors d'oeuvre, hostess, carpet, music... It looked and felt just like any other day in the office..
