I was really pleased with the customer service and support I got from Peter Vardy when buying my car. I had a budget in mind and felt that this was listened to as no attempt was made to persuade me to buy something exceeding it! Steve Minty was responsible for managing my purchase and he was constantly in touch updating me with the progress. I was buying the car from the Aberdeen store and was fully expecting to have to drive up to collect it. I was surprised and delighted when the car was brought to me in Dunfermline! Steve was on a tight schedule but despite this he was able to spend some time talking me through the new-look Astra, particularly some of the new features. Post-sale, Steve has made every effort to ensure I am happy with the car and resolve any issues - not that there are any, I'm delighted!!
