Excellent service from start to finish.Particularly liked the "low pressure" sales technique of David Gillian. I would have walked away from "high pressure" well done.Refreshing to see car sales management finally realising that the majority of people do not relish the "high pressure" approach.My only gripe would be the "insulting" offer on trade in. £100 for an 03 plate Astra with 77,000 miles come on.We all know you guys don't like trade ins,but would it not be better to tell us and offer other incentives,rather than insult us ? Almost walked away after that,well done David.
