I was especially pleased with the customer service received from everyone at Peter Vardy. It's the extra touches that make a difference like being met at my car the day I came to collect my new one, receiving flowers and a glass of fizz (non alcoholic!), and being offered coffee no matter when I have gone to see them. Without exception everyone introduced themselves with a handshake. I have worked in customer service for many years and I can see that the investment in customer service is really paying off. After all, we buy from a person and not a company....
