My local sales person Barry Downie was excellent. He was a local person and interested in dealing with me and provided excellent customer service. When he was on occasion on a day off when I either phoned or personally went in I found the other salesman and even the sales manager, if they were from Central Belt area (ie Glaswegions) their attitude was not particularly helpful. They were disinterested and clearly wanted an easy day particularly when I went one Saturday afternoon on the 19th September. When there was a problem with the landrover electronic system that meant I could not collect my car when agreed again Barry very helpful but the sales manager ended the call and never bothered to pass me back to Barry. Poor service and poor attitude did annoy me so if anything local is best or better customer service training
