Hi. This is the first time I have purchased a car through a dealer. I was expecting some unwanted pressure sales pitch & loads of smarm to back it up. Happily I was totally wrong, A sales man called Dane introduced himself, allowed us to browse unhindered but was at close hand to offer advice when it was sought. On choosing a car Dane took us through all the relevant paper work & legal speil, told us what we should do next & gave us a date when all things should be completed & we could pick up the car. A Truly pleasant experience all round,so why did'nt I give full marks? well i can't wait to see how they might improve on such a good service when I trade in in 3 yrs time . Many thanks Dane & to your colleagues who kept us topped up with as much coffee as we could take. :)
