Initial experience was excellent - test drive with a very knowledgeable sales representative who did a great job without being over-bearing - a good style. The subsequent sale negotiation presented some challenge (initial part-exchange offer was very disappointing but was positively addressed when challenged by me). My post-sale experience has been good to date albeit have had little requirement for contact so far. New vehicle collection (handover) was very good - detailed and not rushed in any way.
