Michael Kench, the sales executive I was dealing with, was particularity helpful and approachable and helped find a specific model of car that I was after. The one negative thing about my dealings with Peter Vardy is the website. It became clear to me that the cars posted on the website are mainly just examples of cars that might be available and not actually cars that are at branches across Scotland. Due to this I did consider taking my business elsewhere, it was only the good work of the sales team that prevented this.
