The Sales Executive Gavin Woo was very professional, helpful, approachable and honest as well as having a sense of humour. There was no 'hidden extras' and Gavin explained the process and sorted everything out from the road tax and the paperwork required for new and old car. Gavin took the time and patience to take me for a test drive, now this may sound expected, however, from driving a manual for 27years and then learning to drive an automatic is all new to me (I had to change to an automatic for health reasons) Needless to say I needed a bit of guidance driving the automatic and Gavin was very helpful.
