The experience of buying our new car from Peter Vardy Jaguar was excellent from start to finish. Our salesman, John, took the time to come out and speak to us even though they were already closed on our first visit, we were just looking at cars outside. That led to an appointment booked the next day where we decided to buy our car. The service received has been excellent, all the way from the greeting when you walk through the door, the refreshments, the waiting area and the whole approach of the team. There were a few things we hoped to have fixed before collecting the car and most of these were sorted out, new tyres all round for example. We had one issue outstanding on collection, but the sign of good service was how well John handled sorting this out for us, no arguments or excuses, just a promise to resolve it and action taken. We are very happy with our new car and I would not hesitate to buy my next car from Peter Vardy.
