I can only describe dealing with Peter Vardy as horrendous, firstly you have all the adverts around the garage such as 0% interest, £2000 minimum trade in and a no quibble guarantee regarding refunding the difference of a cheaper car elsewhere I received non of these. Secondly I purchased a black Vauxhall Viva only to go back to the garage where they tried to give me a grey one, also I paid an initial deposit of £500 on the 13th of Sept, I was promised the car the following week, (that's when they tried to give me the grey one) then I was told it would be here on the 23rd of October, I eventually got it on the 1st of Nov and in the meantime no contact or phone calls to say where the car was. I have purchased 3 vans with yourselves over the last 7 years but needless to say I will not be approaching you again, not even for a service. Yours a very dissatisfied customer
