Our experience has been a mixed one hence the poor score. Firstly we paid our 250 deposit to secure a car from your Perth garage only to be told later in the week that the car was not available but another car had been found and would be dealt at the same money. We researched the car only to find it on dalgety bay website 300.00 cheaper. We therefore travelled to dalgety to be told it will be the same price as Perth as it was a website error. As we wanted the car we agreed a deal with full tank of petrol and genuine car mats etc. On collection we found that the car was presented well but lacked the fuel and mats and had to be forceful to get these extras that were promised.we were also advised that the car would need to be returned for a switch that was faulty and that a service administrator would call 48 hours later to advise when the car would be booked in - you got it no phone call we had to do the chasing to be told there is no mention of any repair time allicated but nevertheless someone will call you back again no call. Why do car garages work this way we had 2 or 3 people all over us on day of purchase then nothing absolutely nothing since and you wonder why you get poor reviews. If this does get read maybe someone could resolve for me please and you could also advise Peter of how his team is performing , it would be interesting to get his feedback on this also but I guess it will never reach him.
